(Contact details listed below) The Benefits: Salary up to 88,000 inclusive of super bonus incentives Comprehensive onboarding over your first two weeks; work shadowing (discipline-specific and multidisciplinary) Weekly supervision from the Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead Work flexibility; choose your working hours (between 7am-7pm) Ample opportunities for career progression Bonus structure - earn up to $3,000 per quarter for consistently hitting your billable target Loyalty bonus after 12 months of working with this organisation Tools of the trade provided - laptop and phone Your role will consist of: You will be conducting initial assessments of NDIS clients out in the community within a 30-minute radius from you, creating tailored therapy plans incorporating evidence-based practices, facilitating therapy sessions, writing progress notes and using them to create NDIS reports. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and engage in fortnightly in-house, online training to facilitate your professional development. Your role will include home assessment/modifications, assistive technology, ADL assessments, ongoing therapy plus more! The Support Structure: Weekly supervision from the clinical lead Comprehensive onboarding over your first two weeks; work shadowing (discipline-specific and multidisciplinary) Online clinical mentoring every fortnight (within a group of 4 other New Graduate Occupational Therapists) Access to online messaging platforms where Senior Clinicians are online all day and will answer your clinical questions within 10 mins Gradual build-up of caseload - starting with 2 clients per day increasing to 4 clients per day after 3 months Weekly mentoring on how to work with different clients to support your professional development The Team Environment: Depending on your location, you will have support from a team of multiple Occupational Therapists in your area who you will engage in regular professional development with. You will also have the opportunity to get together with your team for social events such as dinner out and team building days.
